Track Night Relays

We train at the 400m running track at Ratcliffe College every two weeks – on the 4th Dec we had our final session of 2018. After the usual tough (and inclusive) interval training, we concluded the evening with a great relay race! After this we were all rewarded with mulled wine (& tea / coffee!)
