A few of Wreakes mud lovers took part in the ‘Midland Counties XC Relays’ in Walsall on Saturday 18th Oct, it was a really enjoyable day.
The race was made up of very mixed abilities ranging from very quick to social runners just out for fun.
Cross Country is not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you’ve never tried it then you really should give it a go, There is a great atmosphere at these events…and usually cake!
