The day we went to brighton

Congratulations to all our Wreake Warriors for their recent adventures 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️🚴⛵ This weekend we had Catherine and Matt down in Brighton for the scenic trail marathon, well done for completing this and managing to meet up for the all important photo! Several of the Wreake family, past and present took part in an incredible relay of the 106 mile Leicestershire round with 30 runners in total, fundraising for the Thrussington village church. Well done to all and especially those running during the early/late hours!Team Wreake was out storming around the Prestwold 10k as part of the LRRL, despite the brutal winds some fantastic times achieved all round. Great to see such a strong male team out, well done everyone! The last and very special mention goes to Harry who not only completed the Outlaw Half Ironman on May 15th (made up of 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run!) but days later on May 20th took part in the Scottish Island Peaks race! Harry was part of a team of five, three sailors and two runners who sailed and ran their way around some of the beautiful coast of Scotland achieving a very respectable mid-table finish.
